Terms & Conditions

The agreement that governs your use of this website and the requests you submit through it.

Effective August 18, 2026 · Phillips Health Consulting LLC · Baltimore, Maryland

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing phillipshealthconsulting.org or submitting a form on this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. About our services

Phillips Health Consulting LLC ("PHC") provides healthcare staffing, operations and documentation consulting, and professional training, including CPR, First Aid, BLS, and DSP-focused programs. Information on this site describes our services generally; it is not a binding offer.

3. Not medical or legal advice

Content on this site — including Insights articles, aggregated health headlines, and training summaries — is for general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or legal or compliance advice, and it does not create a clinician-patient or attorney-client relationship. Always rely on a qualified professional for decisions about care, compliance, or employment matters. Third-party headlines link to outside publishers; PHC does not control or endorse their content.

4. Staffing requests and engagements

Submitting a staffing request does not create a staffing agreement. Requests are reviewed for availability, and any placement is governed by a separate written agreement covering rates, scheduling, credentialing, supervision, and cancellation. Facilities remain responsible for site orientation, patient care oversight, and compliance with their own policies and applicable law.

5. Training registrations

Course seats are confirmed only after PHC acknowledges your registration. Course fees, schedules, prerequisites, and certification requirements may change. Certification is awarded based on attendance and successful skills demonstration according to the applicable curriculum; registration alone does not guarantee certification. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are provided with your confirmation.

6. Job applications

Submitting an application does not create an offer of employment or an employment relationship. You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate and that you have the right to share them. Offers and assignments are contingent on screening, credential verification, and applicable requirements. PHC is an equal opportunity organization.

7. Comments and user submissions

Comments on Insights articles are reviewed before publication. Do not post protected health information, confidential facility details, personal contact information about others, unlawful or harassing content, or promotional spam. By submitting a comment you grant PHC a non-exclusive right to publish, edit for length or clarity, or remove it. We may decline, remove, or moderate any submission at our discretion.

8. Newsletter

The Health Headlines newsletter is sent to addresses submitted through our signup form. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or our unsubscribe page. Sign up only with an address you control. Delivery frequency and content may change.

9. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
  • Do not attempt to access administrative areas, accounts, or data you don't own.
  • Do not scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the site or its underlying systems.
  • Do not use the site to send spam or transmit malicious code.

10. Intellectual property

The PHC name, logo, site design, course materials, and written content are owned by Phillips Health Consulting LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use with attribution. Reproducing course materials or republishing content commercially requires our written permission.

11. Availability and third-party links

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Links to third-party sites and tools are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Obligations for staffing, consulting, or training engagements are governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change. Updates take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be revised. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
