Email and newsletter choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email or through our unsubscribe page. Transactional messages — such as confirmations for a staffing request, application, or training registration — are sent as part of providing the service you requested.
Service providers
We use trusted vendors to host the website, store form submissions and resume files, deliver email, and provide website analytics. These providers process information only to deliver services to us and are bound by their agreements with us.
How we protect information
Form submissions and uploaded resumes are stored in access-controlled systems. Administrative access is limited to authorized PHC personnel and protected by authentication. Resume files are only retrievable through short-lived, admin-generated download links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please do not submit protected health information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal data through website forms. If a placement or engagement requires that information, we will collect it through a secure, agreed process.
HIPAA disclaimer and protected health information (PHI)
Phillips Health Consulting LLC is not a covered entity under HIPAA in the ordinary course of our staffing, training, and consulting services. However, we treat any health-related information you share with the same care and confidentiality we apply to all sensitive business and personal information.
- Do not submit protected health information (PHI) through website forms. This includes medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, insurance IDs, Medicaid/ Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, or any information that could identify a patient or their health condition.
- When PHI is needed: if a staffing placement, consulting engagement, or training registration requires health or credentialing information, we will collect it through a secure, confidential process agreed upon with you or your organization — not through the public website.
- How we handle incidental health information: if you mention a health or disability-related need in a staffing, training, or application message, we will use it only to accommodate that request and will limit access to PHC personnel with a legitimate business need.
- Business associate agreements: when we work with covered entities or business associates that require PHI handling, we enter into appropriate agreements and follow the safeguards required by that contract and applicable law.
- User responsibilities: you are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit complies with your organization's privacy policies and that you have proper authorization to share it. If you are unsure whether something is PHI, do not include it in a website form; contact us directly instead.
- Reporting concerns: if you believe PHI was submitted through our site by mistake, notify us immediately at info@phillipshealthconsulting.org and we will take prompt steps to secure and delete it.
Retention
We keep inquiries, staffing requests, and applications for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy business and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify them. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to honor your opt-out.

- Request a copy, correction, or deletion of the information you sent us.
- Withdraw consent for marketing email at any time.
